Notice regarding of change in representative director
Altech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) announced that its Board of Directors has resolved at a meeting held on January 14, 2021 to make the following change regarding representative director. This matter will be formally resolved at the 45th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on February 25, 2021 and the Board of Directors meeting to be held thereafter.
